SiteRecon and TrueWinds Consulting have collaborated on a new AI-driven tool that will simplify estimating and make it available to a wider number of landscape contractors, lawn care and snow removal professionals.

The tool, which can be integrated into most business software, is customizable to a company’s specific service mix and pricing levels and eliminates the guesswork that often plagues the estimating process. It allows contractors to better manage their labor, material purchasing and scheduling processes. It will also save them considerable time, improve margins, and remove operational bottlenecks. The tool provide contractors with three tools (takeoffs, estimating and pricing) in one to improve the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of the estimating process.
Custom onboarding training is included with the tool that will accelerate the learning process for employees and decrease the dependency of relying on one or two employees to manage the entire estimating process. This will improve the company's ability to scale in the marketplace.
