Bayer's Tetrino Attacks California Pests

Bayer's Tetrino—featuring the new active ingredient tetraniliprole—is now available for purchase in California. This technology controls white grub, bluegrass billbugs, fall army worm, and more with one complete, flexible solution.

“With the availability of Tetrino, lawn care operators in California now have one solution with flexible application timing to control the toughest, turf-damaging insects,” said Zac Reicher, Ph.D., technical service turfgrass manager in the west region of Bayer.

Functionality includes:

• Flexible application timing to incorporate it into other management programs
• Treats for pests including chinch bugs, caterpillars and billbugs
• Works quickly through absorption in the roots and shoots of the turf
• The tetraniliprole ingredient causes immediate cessation of insect feeding
