Toro announces a number of enhancements to its already popular TimeCutter zero-turn mower family. These updates are found throughout the line and focus on increasing comfort, durability and performance.
New in the lineup is the high-performance 22.5-hp, 708cc Toro Commercial V-Twin engine. With its heavy-duty construction and two-barrel carburetor, this engine is designed and built to perform. Each engine is custom-tuned to ensure peak performance while offering innovative features such as a self-cleaning air filter housing and a quick-drain oil hose.
Toro is also expanding its offering of mowers that feature commercial-style fabricated decks including the addition of a new 60-inch fabricated deck. These decks are made with 10-gauge steel for added strength. They are slightly smaller versions of the Toro decks used by professional landscape contractors.
Toro is also introducing a new line of commercial-grade zero-turn mowers called the TimeCutter HD. These mowers feature commercial transmissions and engines, and heavy-duty construction including the use of special Grade 50 high-strength 10-gauge steel in the decks. The line will also feature the MyRide Suspension System featuring ATV-style coil-over shocks to suspend the operator platform and allow it to float over rough terrain.
