BOB-CAT recently released the QuickCat 4000 stand-on mower to complete its all-new Next Generation line of commercial mowers. According to the company, the QuickCat 4000 comes equipped with:

  • Dual-speed control for up to 8-MPH cutting—and 10.5-MPH transport—for the right speed when needed.
  • DuraDeck mowing decks—offered in 36-, 48-, 52- and 61-inch widths—with Double-Wave or Air-Gap baffles (on the 61-inch only) for accelerated airflow and improved cutting, as well as dual 10-gauge steel layers with 3- and 7-gauge reinforcements.
  • A low center of gravity and low placement of the fuel tank for stability and balance on uneven ground, and traversing hills and slopes with ease.
  • A compact design to better maneuver in tight spaces and more easily load on crowded trailers.
  • Thicker control levers to reduce vibration and a more robust point-of-reference bar for better zero-turn control.
  • A deck lift that’s easier to use thanks to its two-position placement.
  • Tool-free tracking adjustments to keep operators on the straight and narrow.
  • An operator station designed for optimal center-of-mass stability.
  • Front caster wheels measuring 13 by 6.5 inches for improved handling.
  • A new color scheme with black wheels and a darker riding pad.
  • A six-year or 2,000-hour MOW WITH CONFIDENCE limited warranty.
