The Vermeer SC602 stump cutter is designed to provide tree care contractors with power and innovative features to make short work of major stump removal projects.

• Caterpillar C2.2T Tier 4i (stage IIIB) diesel engine that produces 60 hp and 142 ft-lb of torque to power
• 12-gallon fuel tank
• Patented AutoSweep system monitors engine speed and automatically adjusts the cutter wheel sweep rate to maximize productivity and reduce premature wear
• Direct driveline powers the cutter wheel, eliminating the need for belt-drive maintenance
• Drive system gearboxes are connected by a driveshaft with U-joints, eliminating side loads and prolonging seal and motor-component life
