John Deere has added the 524L, 544L and 624L to its L-Series utility wheel loader lineup. These new loaders incorporate new features including improved cabs, electrohydraulic (EH) loader controls, redesigned near-parallel linkage and enhanced performance buckets.
- Roomier cab with rear defrost, standard 12-volt auxiliary power ports, optional premium heavy-duty air suspension heated seat and optional remote-heated adjustable mirrors
- EH loader controls with integrated third and fourth function auxiliary hydraulics
- Two multifunction buttons integrated into hydraulic controls allow operator to assign a function to each button
- Ergonomically designed, seat-mounted right-hand joystick with standard forward-neutral-reverse switch and fully integrated auxiliary hydraulic controls
- Throttle lock option
- Bucket options include enhanced production buckets with integrated spill guards, profiled side cutters and greater rollback
- New shaft-style fork design for more visibility and tine length options
- Standard parallel lift linkage improves load leveling, limits spillage and increases fork operation speed
- Return-to-dig settings can be set from cab for both directions of the bucket
- Optional High Lift (HL) and High Lift Plus (HL Plus) slections
- Tool carrier options on 524L and 624L
- Tier 4 Final John Deere, 6.8-liter diesel engines with 152 (524L), 166 (544L) and 192 hp (624L)
