Avant Tecno presents its 800 Series as the largest and most powerful compact articulated loader series it offers, pushing the limits of performance with 4,189 pounds of lift capacity. Thus far, the series consists of the Avant 860i with a Tier 4 Final-compliant Kohler KDI 1903 TCR 57-HP common rail turbocharged diesel engine and the Avant 850 with a Kubota V2403 49-HP diesel engine. Both articulated loaders are further highlighted by:
- A maximum drive speed of 19 MPH and maximum auxiliary hydraulics oil flow for attachments of 21 GPM.
- A telescopic loader boom that extends and retracts hydraulically 32 inches, and provides a maximum lift height of 11 feet to the hinge pin, enabling loading on trucks with high sides and unloading from a high level.
- Compatibility with Avant’s range of over 200 attachments, making the 800 a versatile machine.
- A hydraulic self-leveling system that automatically keeps the load level when lifting and lowering the boom.
- Dimensions of 5 feet (W), 11 feet (L) and 7 feet (H), and a weight starting at 5,512 pounds.
- A hydrostatic transmission with a hydraulic drive motor on each wheel.
- The Avant quick-attach system for attachments, while other systems are available as an option.
- Mounting of the cab on the chassis of the loader with anti-vibration mounts, guaranteeing noise and vibration isolation.
- An open cab with a certified rollover/falling object protective system (ROPS/FOPS), in addition to an optional enclosed heated cab and optional air conditioning.
