"Milwaukee Tool aims for disruptive innovation: investing in innovation that will disrupt the market of cordless technology," said Shane Moll, president of power tools at Milwaukee Tool. "The future is cordless."

Moll added that the answers to such innovation are out in the field, rather than inside Milwaukee's headquarters and facilities, as he emphasized that Milwaukee's product managers are always visiting end users to learn about their pain points and help resolve them.

The event revolved around product demos and presentations and hands-on time with several pieces of outdoor power equipment, some of which has yet to be released.

The M18 Fuel 21-inch Self-Propelled Dual Battery Mower was one of the winners of Green Industry Pros' 2022 Editor's Choice Awards.

  • M12 Fuel 8-inch Hedge Trimmer: The trimmer features a compact design that delivers a lighter weight, one-handed use to make it easier to control in tight access applications. In demanding applications, the trimmer has the power to cut 0.5-inch branches while also delivering fast cutting for increased application speed and overall productivity. As an added benefit, the blade tip guard prevents damage to the property and the blades.
  • M18 Fuel Quik-Lok Brush Cutter Attachment: The attachment features a 9-inch blade with a four-tooth design to tackle more demanding applications. The Brush Cutter Attachment has a guard design to provide enhanced material deflection for user safety, while the protected drive shaft increases durability against drops and the elements while being stored.
  • M18 Fuel Quik-Lok Rubber Broom Attachment: The broom attachment is designed with a 23-inch rubber paddle for clearing rocks and other debris off grass and hard surfaces, including large puddles of standing water and snow up to 3 inches deep, without the risk of surface damage. The guard design provides high material containment to prevent the unwanted spread of debris while the reinforced paddles offer ultimate durability.
  • M18 Fuel Quik-Lok Bristle Brush Attachment: The bristle brush attachment features a 23-inch clearing capacity and bristle design to deliver increased efficiency when clearing unwanted material off hard surfaces, such as pavement, blacktop and sidewalks. The Bristle Brush Attachment is designed with an optimized guard for the best material containment, while the protected drive shafts deliver increased durability against drops and the elements while being stored.
  • M18 Fuel Dual Battery Blower:  The blower delivers the highest constant power on the market, reaching full throttle in under one second, while providing the high clearing control. It offers high constant power by offering a higher power output than gas and maintaining that performance throughout the charge of the battery. The advanced electronic package allows the blower to hit full throttle in under one second. The PowerState Brushless Motor delivers 600 CFM and 145 mph, providing the ability to tackle demanding applications. Designed with an ambidextrous variable speed sliding lock on lever, users can easily lock in the blower to the desired clearing power, with either hand. Additionally, the blower includes both a tapered and a flat nozzle attachment, so users can optimize the airflow for different applications. This blower requires two M18 RedLithium Batteries for operation and is optimized to be used with M18 Redlithium High Output batteries.
