CASE Launches The TL100 EV Electric Mini Track Loader

With its 1,000-pound rated operating capacity and robust battery platform, the purpose-built CASE TL100EV delivers construction-grade performance similar to a diesel, but for environments where traditional diesel equipment may not be as practical to operate.

The hardest workers aren’t always the biggest, or the loudest. The new stand-on TL100EV electric mini track loader from CASE Construction Equipment brings impressive power and versatility to tight jobsites without the noise and exhaust of a diesel engine. Designed to help landscapers, contractors and grounds maintenance crews get more done, this latest addition to CASE’s growing lineup of electric equipment solves the growing challenge of working in noise-sensitive and emissions-regulated environments.

Purpose-built as an electric construction vehicle, the TL100EV offers the same performance and capability as its diesel counterpart, the CASE TL100, with the added benefits of electrification: minimal noise and zero emissions. Boasting a 102-volt battery system and 25 kWh of battery capacity, the TL100EV operates with three independent electric motors — two 11-horsepower motors for the ground drive and one 33-horsepower motor for the hydraulics. The result is more torque and performance than similarly sized diesel machines, even during challenging multi-function tasks.

With a rated operating capacity (ROC) of 1,000 lbs. (at 35% of tipping), operators can lift heavy materials with confidence. The radial linkage loader arm improves digging performance and cuts down on maintenance, while a 7 ft. 2 in. hinge pin height gives plenty of clearance for loading trailers or dumpsters, with room to spare.

Perfect for close-quarters jobsites or noise-sensitive areas like parks, hospitals, schools, golf courses and residential neighborhoods, the TL100EV can work where other machines can’t go. Low noise operation also allows work at odd hours, while emissions-free operation enables work in more restrictive environments, including indoors when needed.

To navigate tight spaces, the TL100EV offers a narrow 7-inch track option that lets operators easily squeeze through standard 36-inch doorways or backyard gates. Or if teams prefer more stability and a bigger bucket, a 10-inch track option offers better flotation and less ground disturbance to prevent deep rutting. Factory-available non-marring tracks are also an option to protect decorative hardscapes and finished surfaces.

The TL100EV pairs smart, electric design with unmatched versatility. Using a Common Industry Interface (CII) coupler and standard auxiliary hydraulics, operators can easily connect more than 40 industry-standard attachments. Crews can switch from an auger for tree installation to a trencher for irrigation systems, or a grapple for brush clearing, in a matter of minutes. With so many attachment options available, this machine can serve as a loader, digger, dozer, snowblower, mower, breaker and trencher all in one package.

Adjustable electro-hydraulic joystick controls and thumbwheel auxiliary hydraulics let operators maintain complete command of the job. A modern operator display panel makes work easier with quick attachment selection, multiple work modes and a range of intuitive, user-friendly controls. The machine also includes boom float functionality for more efficiency and smoother operation for ground-level activity like grading.

The TL100EV provides up to seven hours of total runtime on a full charge, depending on the application. The charging system fits smoothly into day-to-day activities, with an onboard J1772 Type 1 automotive-style charger that plugs into common AC sources, taking between 5 to 8 hours to recharge. It’s also equipped for off-board fast charging using a DIN320 connector to reduce downtime, allowing quick recharges in 1.5 to 6 hours depending on utility power.

CASE provides a 2-year/2,000 hours base vehicle warranty and 3-year/3,000 hours battery/EV component warranty with the TL100EV. With lower daily operating costs, reduced maintenance demands and versatile jobsite capabilities, landscaping crews can get more done, more efficiently and with greater peace of mind.
