Fecon, which manufactures Bull Hog Mulchers, FTX Track Carriers and other equipment, will be at the Utility Expo, which takes place from Sept. 28-30 in Louisville, Ky. The event is on track to be bigger than in the past, due to a new outdoor layout with more space for utility equipment, allowing for more new product introductions and demonstrations. The event will host more than 900 exhibitors across 1.4 million sq. ft. of space, 85% of which is outdoors.

Fecon’s new model 225VST Mulching Tractor will be introduced in Vermeer’s booth #K225 at The Utility Expo. Available only through Signature Level Vermeer Dealers, this all-new mulching tractor features a Tier 4 Final, Stage V Cummins QSB4.5 engine that delivers 200 hp and 576 ft. lbs. of torque at 1500 rpm.
The powerful hydraulic system delivers 80 gpm @ 5000 psi to the mulcher circuit, which is ample to power the Fecon RK8620 Bull Hog mulcher.
The Fecon Power Management system manages engine and hydraulic outputs for maximum efficiencies and performance. It delivers strong cutting power in all materials when needed and provides balanced track power for pulling through tough ground and working slopes.
Even weight distribution over the length of the tracks and oscillating track design keeps track engaged on all terrains, providing consistent ground pressure in all working conditions.
A spacious operator’s cab provides wide angle visibility to tracks and the Bull Hog mulcher. Side-door entry and 3-point egress from ROPS, OPS, FOPS cab.

Fecon will feature the FMX36 Bull Hog Mulcher in Lot E, booth #617 at The Utility Expo.
With a 36-inch cutting width, and 18 carbide tools, this stout mulcher is ideal for excavators in the 5-15-ton class.
Fully adjustable hydraulics to match the flow of the excavator allow this proven design to mulch standing or felled materials, enhancing the utility of the excavator. In addition to 5-15-ton excavators, the FMX36 also mounts to backhoes, and sidearm booms, extending its utility for various carriers.
