Makita says that it has created the world’s first 4-stroke power cutter, the 14-inch MM4 4-Stroke Power Cutter (model EK7651H). The EK7651H is the latest innovation in Makita’s extensive range of concrete solutions. Makita says that years of research was spent developing the EK7651H to solve the most common user pains including fuel mixing, but also start-up’s, fuel economy, ease-of-use during long cuts, and more.
“Engine seizure due to improper fuel and oil mixing is one of the most common failures of 2-stroke commercial power cutters,” said Adam Livingston, product manager, commercial products. “Makita has changed the game and delivered the solution with the development of the world’s first 4-stroke power cutter.
